I was very hapy 7/26/2008

I have taken my car here several times to get it repaired and was always satisfied. The incident that made me really trust these guys though happened last year. I had my tires replaced at another shop in town where I was told that my brakes needed to be replaced as well, rotors and all. I decided to take the car to JAP to get a second opinion and have them do the brakes if needed and they told me that the brakes were in great shape and no work needed to be done. Any time a mechanic gives me advice, against self-interest, I figure I must be able to trust them! more

a decent place for import service 5/3/2006

I have taken them my japanese car to their service once. I need to change the front bumper on my car and they did a decent job in ordering the parts etc. I guess if I would to do it in the dealership, i would probably be able to pick up my car sooner, since they most of the time they'd have to order parts. However, the service is good and the job done on the car is good too. They also charge a lesser fee then dealership would! great~ more

Wonderful service 11/10/2005

Good place for your car. Professional service with reasonable price. I usually change my brake and tires there, and i am quite satisfied with their service. My friends also recommend this place. Their technicians are nice and generous; I learned a lot of valuable knowledge from them. They are on the main street, very convenient. more

Cheap and fast 9/5/2005

The location is near the central campus. So you can have your car service there and walk back to central campus. The service fee is cheaper than the original car dealer. I didn't change the parts there, but my friend said the parts are cheaper there, too. The service is fast. It only taks a few hours to get my car back. more
