I have taken my car here several times to get it repaired and was always satisfied. The incident that made me really trust these guys though happened last year. I had my tires replaced at another shop in town where I was told that my brakes needed to be replaced as well, rotors and all. I decided to take the car to JAP to get a second opinion and have them do the brakes if needed and they told me that the brakes were in great shape and no work needed to be done. Any time a mechanic gives me advice, against self-interest, I figure I must be able to trust them!
