The best! I went yesterday for the first time after hearing from several people how good they were. I wasn't happy with my most recent experience with another salon where I had gotten a full set of acrylic. I'm am so pleased with the result from Jade. My nails look great, Anita and the whole staff was friendly and warm. There was a constant flow of customers the whole time I was there. That should tell you something! I highly recommend them! Couldn't be happier!! more

I have been to many places before and when I moved to Greece at first I was traveling back and forth to Henrietta to get them done, and truthfully was looking for someone closer to home. I then found Jade Nails, Anita is fantastic I love that she does such and amazing job at a fast and friendly pace. With her nails I can go about 3 weeks before I get a fill. I have been working in Greece Ridge Mall since I moved to Greece and I have to say she has not only gotten to know me because I keep coming back but she also knows where I work and comes down often. I have been to many nail salons on the westside. Usually, after the second fill, I am finished. The fills never last, they always pull up around the edges. more

I went to Jade Nails for the first time today and I am hooked! I needed help with a very bad acrylic set I had gotten earlier in the week. Anita and her staff were awesome! They removed the bad acrylics and Anita put on an absolutely gorgeous two-toned set for me. I got the #6 color which is a beautiful shade of cranberry red. I cannot stop staring at my nails, they look so pretty! I highly recommend Jade Nails, don't waste your time and money at any other nail salon. I am so happy that I found them :) more

Jade Nails & Spa was a great experience for me. I went to Jade's as a walk-in but they were not able to take me; I called back and made an appointment because my thoughts were if this salon can afford to turn away clients then there must be something going on that I need to experience. I made my appointment with the owner, Anita, who is very personable. I noticed as she did my nails she never hesitated to greet those that were coming in to get their nails done, by name mind you. She told me about what types of nails that they had to offer and the prices. I must say that the price was absolutely worth it. I was so impressed with her work, I had her do my eyebrows also. They are a full service salon and all of her staff are friendly. more

Jade Nails & Spa is the best in Rochester, NY. Its the perfect atmosphere to get your nail, feet, and waxing services done. Not only are they extremely clean, but friendly as well. My nails look amazing EVERYTIME I get them done. I've been to many nail salons in Rochester, and none of them compare to the level of work and care the man/woman at Jade Nails put into your nails. They make sure it is what you want instead of just taking your money and being stuck with horriblel nails. It is truely worth the price!!! I get a pedicure every 6 weeks and I have been to many nail salons, however, after coming to this place I won't go anywhere else. They are very clean and hygienic. The ladies and gentlemen who work there speak fluent English and have great personalities. I feel welcome every single time I go there. I would recommend this salon to all I know. I have had my nails done at many nail places. I would say I am a nail expert..... Since going to Jades I have not been to any other. They are always friendly and outgoing to make sure it is an excellent and comfortable experience. Their shop is always clean. Pros: Clean and relaxing atmosphere....
