AC Installation went well 2/6/2016

JW installed a new furnace and two AC condensers at our house last week. The system is working fine but it's only been a couple of days. I will wait to see how everything goes long term, and update if needed. But the installation crew was great. Our sales person was Dustin. Our crew was Ramon, Ismael, Joe, Jesse, Adolfo, and Steve. I think Josh was there sealing a few ducts too We were very happy with their politeness, cleanliness, and attitude.Very pleased with the personnel. Hope the system is as good! more

Quick and thorough service 1/13/2016

Carlos was my technician -- he came out to check the HVAC system on a house I am buying. He was efficient but thorough in his evaluation and provided a report with pictures of problem areas and estimates. JW Heating & Air had a deal that was well worth it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. more

Wall Furnace Installation 1/10/2016

Good service. It took a few hours to remove and replace the old wall furnace. All team members were polite and knew what they were doing. They arrived and started their work on time. I was asked to check the finished work. There was a minor problem with the thermostat cover but it was taken care of later on. Before leaving, they took care of collecting and taking with them the old wall furnace plus any other items/trash related to the wall furnace removal. Thank you very much for the service. more
