Fantastic service all around. I just used JW Heating and Air to do a full heating and AC install w/ductwork in my house and couldn't recommend them more highly. Totally profession...

Ted was great and helpful. He just came in to the inspection for a estimate yet but checked our place and knew what needs to be done. Looking foward to see how the work gets done. more

Installation or A/C unit 9/21/2017

the Installers were very Professional, were on time, worked well as a team, and finished in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Jessie and his team from JW air. more

Very satisfied with explanation 9/14/2017

David very clearly and politely explained the reasons for the needed repairs on my AC unit. I have no complaints (although the work still needs to be done!). more

Gus P. Awesome fast gets the job done right 9/11/2017

Gus P. and Adolfo P. showed up on time (this is a blessing on it's own, if you work around enough construction people). They got the job done fast and right the first time. I'm nice and cool thanks to my new super pricey AC system. With JW you get exactly what you pay for, they aren't cheap but at least you don't need to second guess anything. more

JW HEATING AND AIR have been the "go to people" for my HVAC needs for the past 8 years. I love them. They are honorable, trustworthy and know their business. The employee's are terrific and accessible (which is more than I can say for other HVAC companies)! Run don't walk to use them... more

Mario Coria, was a capable and knowledgeable representative for J W Heating and Air. He brought up several issues that other contractors had not and gave a competent, realistic appraisal of our air conditioning options. more

Maintenance of HVAC susyem 8/5/2017

Eric was very nice and personable. He checked everything. He changed the filter first, then checked the heating as Fernando didn't come back last time to do that. He went up on the roof and came back down and then checked the air conditioning. He went back up on the roof and then he checked the vents with his tool as the air was blowing out until he thought it was right. I had no problems with Eric. I think he did a good job. He said he hadn't been with the company for very long but he did ok and he was very courteous. more

AC Checkup - Good Job 6/12/2017

William arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous and took time to put on booties to protect my hard wood floors. He checked the unit in the attic and gave me a thorough report of what he saw and what he did explaining that the air filter looked good and the unit was operating as expected. He then proceeded to the outside. He took the time to move the pine needles away and showed me what we needed to do to prevent them from causing problems. Excellent job! more

Great service from Joshua 4/21/2017

Joshua came out to service the A/C and discovered a possible leak in the system. He added 410A coolant and injected a dye that at a later service call will show where the leak is. Joshua left everything in the house as clean as he found it, was very professional, and really knows his stuff. He is friendly, very personable, and a better service rep will be hard to find. Thank you Joshua. more

Outstanding 3/6/2017

Solved the problem of my heating system sounding like a 747 taking off! Joshua and his assistant first checked out the system to make sure it was functioning as expected and then spent some quality time with the manual and the dual zone control. He was able to change some settings in the system and the heat now comes on gently and quietly. This saved us a lot of money and got the result we wanted. He made some other suggestions and provided a quote to improve the system. I will be calling them back for my annual AC tune up. more
