You will never get your furniture. Italmoda is the worst place to shop. There are so many better stores to go to. I thought the old owner Bill was bad wait till you work with Sharon. She seems nice at first but wait till you NEVER get your furniture. I am warning you not to waste your money. Art Van is close by trust me its worth it. more

I knew what I was looking for when I walked into Italmoda, and I was so impressed with the unique style, quality and rarity that I purchased living room AND office furniture. The pieces arrived within days of target date and are beautiful. I am so happy with the furniture, that I purchased additional lighting and had a housewarming party to show everything off. more

We have read the negative reviews of Bill Bahoora and Italmoda. Unfortunately, we have fallen into the same negative experiences. We have been a customer of the store since 2007. Our experiences were positive. The store has had challenges in the past year or so, but we never questioned Bill's integrity, and wanted to support his business-we love the products. We ordered two console tables April 3rd. By paying for the pieces up front-we would receive a 5% discount. We had no problem writing the check. After receiving inconsistent info from Bill and ""staff"" on delivery timing; experiencing avoidance, and no returned calls we contacted the manufacturer who could not verify our order. Bill promised delivery, or a refund two weeks ago. No returned phone calls this week-no tables-no refund. Bill Bahoora drives a Range Rover and wears Gucci shoes to his ?fancy? shop in a strip mall. He pays for them by taking deposits and never ordering your furniture. He billed credit cards and never ordered the furniture. He kept the lie going long enough to file bankruptcy for a corporation listed under a family member?s name. Cons: THEY ARE THIEVES! more

i got my furniture for my new home and everything was perfect. The furniture showed up 2 weeks early and was even nicer than it looked in the catalog. Would not go anywhere else. Pros: everything great with this place! more

The owner of this business is completely unethical and rude. He has an F rating with the B3. We had a voucher for $2000 and he refused to honor it despite the fact that there was no time limitation and was personally signed by him. A complete a total shame, because I think it's important to support local business. However, in this case, I would strongly consider spending your money elsewhere. Pros: None! my wife and I were waiting for our furniture... and we knew it would take a long time- but it took longer than we were told it would take. Our sales person was Nicole and after she sold us the furniture she was ""gone"". We could not get any information from her about the status nor could we get this from anyone else from the store. There was only one person who was returning our phone calls _Martina- she was more helpful than our sales person. So if you in a market for the furniture we do recommend Italmoda they have very nice items but make sure you will get the right person work with. Pros: quality furniture Cons: wait time more

When my sister and I were looking to redo my living room she said that I should go to Italmoda .She had bought items from there before So, we went there. The place was amazing. It had so many different things and what I loved is that they had books that you could order from. We bought what we needed and aslo a bed for my room. It did take a few extra weeks but it was well worth the wait. The delievery guy Jim was excellent. He brought my things nicely wraped and nothing was broken. Jim put all my furniture together in the same day . I will be ordering items in the near future. Pros: The delevery was excellent and so was the items I bought Cons: It took a few more weeks than they told me but that was O.k more
