We have read the negative reviews of Bill Bahoora and Italmoda.
Unfortunately, we have fallen into the same negative experiences.
We have been a customer of the store since 2007. Our experiences were positive. The store has had challenges in the past year or so, but we never questioned Bill's integrity, and wanted to support his business-we love the products.
We ordered two console tables April 3rd. By paying for the pieces up front-we would receive a 5% discount. We had no problem writing the check.
After receiving inconsistent info from Bill and ""staff"" on delivery timing; experiencing avoidance, and no returned calls we contacted the manufacturer who could not verify our order.
Bill promised delivery, or a refund two weeks ago.
No returned phone calls this week-no tables-no refund.
