Istorage Boynton Beach

I just took another unit at iStorage Boynton Beach. I expanded. The gentleman who runs the facility shows you around and helps you. He makes sure you understand what's going on. He's not a sit behind the desk type of guy, which is nice. I've been to other places that are not like that. I've been storing there for two months now. Of all the places I've been to, he represents his place most accurately and listens the most to whatever you need. He actually called me out of the blue after I was on the internet looking at iStorage Boynton Beach. He called me and told me he wanted my business very badly and that I should come look at the facility. Because of that conversation, I went to check it out. He showed me the place and showed me how it was better than the others. He showed me how it was giving me more. It was all very helpful. The other thing is that I don't live there. He said he would make it worth my while to travel and he did. The amazing thing was that phone call. I had been to about six places and none of them followed up. He was the only one to call me. more

You can't beat Harvey. He runs iStorage Boynton Beach and he'll do anything for you. The place is always clean, the lights go on automatically, everything works fine, and they're always there to help you if you have a problem. I've been storing there for two months. You can't beat the price and the service. They do everything for you. I've never had a problem. The facility is clean and well taken care of. If there are any problems, they take care of them. It's a great place. more

I am very happy that I chose iStorage. It's clean and well-maintained, almost as if it were our home and not "just a storage place." The staff is very helpful and easily accessible. Whether in person at their new office or by phone, they are there to answer questions and help out with whatever the need may be. iStorage is a well-run facility and I am glad to be here :) more

Harvey is a great guy to work with. He has been very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The property has been getting a face lift with blacktop sealcoating, paint, new doors, and latches, security system and cameras and looks great. more

everything is looking great in the complex. new paint new black top new lights (although you cut my area off) we have a dumpster we can't use. I like the new bath rooms (thanks for that) recently I convinced someone to rent a space and they did, so is there a referral $$$ ??? All in all I have been in other places that have been terrible so I will close saying I am glad to work in a place that is clean and organized. Karl the Chairaman more

IStorage has made many improvements over the last couple of months- one thing they do not need to improve on is customer service- Harvey and Zelda have been soooo accommodating, friendly and professional. Thank you!!! more

Assistance in moving from 815, 816 to C721. Gave help and suggestions in finding a larger unit. Rent also a factor as we were considering moving to Southern Storage in Riviera Beach, as is a more central location. more

This storage met all of my needs. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Good job to all the workers and the manger! more
