I just took another unit at iStorage Boynton Beach. I expanded. The gentleman who runs the facility shows you around and helps you. He makes sure you understand what's going on. He's not a sit behind the desk type of guy, which is nice. I've been to other places that are not like that.
I've been storing there for two months now. Of all the places I've been to, he represents his place most accurately and listens the most to whatever you need. He actually called me out of the blue after I was on the internet looking at iStorage Boynton Beach. He called me and told me he wanted my business very badly and that I should come look at the facility. Because of that conversation, I went to check it out.
He showed me the place and showed me how it was better than the others. He showed me how it was giving me more. It was all very helpful. The other thing is that I don't live there. He said he would make it worth my while to travel and he did. The amazing thing was that phone call. I had been to about six places and none of them followed up. He was the only one to call me.
