From the initial contact of the company to the final item being placed in my new apartment, I felt this company lived up to its reputation. The movers were experts and took care to shrink wrap and bubble wrap my valuables including disconnecting and reconnecting my stackable washer/dryer.
I also had them move the base of my Sleep Number bed which took a bit of innovation on their part since the base contains the motor. I'm happy to say the bed works fine and adjusts like it should.
Overall, I was very pleased and ended up tipping each mover because I felt they worked hard and deserved it. I will definitely be using them again. They may be a little more expensive than others, but if you have valuables you don't want broken, scratched, or damaged in any way, it's well-worth it in my personal opinion.
