We used Invoke to move our large furniture to a storage unit until our house is ready later this year. Outstanding in every respect! Scheduling was quick and efficient They followed up to confirm our time and again when the truck was actually heading our way. Jacob and Brandon showed up on time and were nothing short of amazing. Not your usual minimum wage day laborers. They started out by reviewing the plan and confirming costs for extra materials that might be required to ensure our furniture was properly protected. Since we had several larger (and expensive) pieces, there was quite a bit of disassembly and preparation required. Only after carefully packing up every piece did they actually start loading the truck. Upon arrival at our storage unit, I was impressed with the way they made everything fit. Both guys were polite and worked hard all day long. They even informed me when they were going to take an occasional 5 minute rest break just so I didn't think they were slacking off. There was only one negative. Invoke recommended an in home estimate but I had to leave town on business. As a result, we just did a phone inventory that ultimately underestimated the time required by several hours. Totally my fault for refusing their advice. On the positive side, even though it forced them to reschedule another job, Jacob and Brandon never rushed to try to get us done. They carefully stuck to doing it right until everything was safely put away. The experience was so positive that we intend to spend the money to have these guys move us to Austin later this summer and put all of our furniture back together again. The reviews don't lie. Invoke was professional, courteous, and there were no nasty surprises. more

I called 5 moving companies and Invoke beat them all. They kept in contact up until the day they showed up to move us. They handled everything with care and set up everything for us. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. more

There were 2 movers which i feel is normal but they were really slow it took them over 2hrs to load the truck, i only had a 2bedroom apartment and everything was already boxed and grouped together for them, i literally started moving stuff out myself because they were going so slow not to mention one guy used my bathroom 4 times in the process. Once we got to the house unfortunately the key i had didn't work so that added more time for me to go get a different key, which wasnt there fault but the whole experience overall was not very good at all RESPONSE FROM Invoke Moving, INC: Move only took 3.5 total hours. Shrink wrapping and loading furniture took 1.5 hours-drive to new location 30 mins- waiting for customer to get key 30 mins-1 hour to unload truck. That is average move time for 2 bedroom home relocating 20 miles. We ask all customers to be realistic when hiring movers. We are not a low budget moving company that throws furniture in truck and takes off, resulting in damages to our customers furniture. We pride ourselves in our crews trained technique in wrapping/protecting furniture to ensure a damage free move. Glad their were no damages. Enjoy your new apartment. more

The two men that moved my company tools and office was very professional and knowledgeable. Great workers and didn't spend time talking they were most proficient and moved us with great care.
