Came through when I was in a bind. 9/5/2014

I had another moving company flake out on my move I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. So, I called Invoke on a Saturday morning at 7:30am. They were at my place by 10am and I was moved by Noon! Very through and efficient 9/3/2014

The two young men were pleasant and cordial. The lead mover made sure to go through the house with me to identify every item and box that was going to be moved. He was very patient and understanding with my concerns for my dining room table that is a family heirloom that had been newly refinished. They handled it according to my wishes and I was very grateful. more

Great customer service 8/29/2014

The guys who moved us were super polite and worked very hard. The person I spoke with to book the move was very professional and called back to confirm our move. The big problem was that several pieces of my furniture got scratched in noticeable places which was a huge disappointment. That is why I would probably not recommend y'all. Another issue was the furniture was moved with the drawers and everything in the drawers got tumbled and messed up. more

The movers were so slow! Talking on there cell phone and taking little breaks. This was an easy move and it took them 3 hours. Last time I used this service the movers had to make 2 different stops to pick up furniture, and then delivered all the furniture to the 3rd floor in less than 2 hours. This time I used the service the movers took 3 hours to move furniture downstairs. Will strongly consider using another moving service next time. Nobody should have to pay $300 plus tip for an easy easy move like this RESPONSE FROM Invoke Moving, INC: Please note: Customer had 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor. Move was only 3 total hours including drive time (2 hours to load and 1 hour to unload) more

Fantabulous 8/25/2014

We actually used Invoke moving twice in the last week!! Until our recent home purchase we moved once a year for the probably the last 5 years and used movers everytime.. This is the only team we have hired that didn't break or scratch furniture, charge stupid fees, ohh and nothing came up missing! Yay! more

Came on time as promise 8/11/2014

Movers were great....None of stuff broken.Will be sure n use them in future.My only concern was when couch dropped..They had to remove door cause couch is super huge and also had to overcome a post near entrance.Couch wasnt hurt and all turned out well.. more

Excellent Service 7/18/2014

From the person who contacted me with an estimate, to the gentlemen who came out to move my furniture, everyone was professional, courteous, and personable. I was sent a detailed email of charges to expect. I was told that the movers would contact me en route to my house. The movers contacted me 30 minutes out and arrived at the appointed time. The movers were very efficient and only took about 30 minutes to complete the move of my entire living room including 2 china cabinets from the front of my house around to my shop. Although there was a 2 hour minimum I still considered it money well spent. Will be contacting them for the return when all the floors are complete. more

Invoke Moving is Great! 7/15/2014

We had a very small moving job of some boxes to our storage unit five miles away. Invoke did a great job; this is the third time we used them. They have a two hour minimum charge plus $40 trip fee. As our job was so small, it only took one hour and I wish Invoke Moving had a one hour minimum. Other than that, everything went very well. I would use them again. more
