love this studio 5/20/2010

I have taken pilates on and off for 5 years and followed Jessica from my regular gym to the studio she and Peter opened about over a year ago. I love it because of the class variety....you can make it as hard or easy as you want...depending on how you feel that day. BUt no matter what, i always get an incredible workout. Pros: the classes and instruction and instructors more
