Even 3 days after I feel awesome!! :) Like I just had a vacation from a vacation experience!

Worst

I recently stopped by the Intercontinental on a Sunday afternoon. It's one of the premiere hotels along a stretch of Peachtree Road, which is home to

Great customer service 5/12/2008

Thanks to this site we chose the Intercontinental and couldn't have been more pleased! Yes, the rooms are quite small but every inch is packed with luxury. more

First Class Customer Service 3/9/2008

This is a first class hotel. The rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds. The staff is superior with assistanace to and from rooms from check-in to check-out. The food from room service tastes wonderful and is hot upon delivery. The amenities are superb. Hot tubs are amongst the best in Atlanta. This is a must stay for luxury hotel lovers. Perfect for and romantic getaway or a busniess stay. Pros: Ambience Cons: Parking more

Wow, gorgeous! 2/23/2008

Wow, really a gorgeous place. The rooms were beautiful as were the lobbies. The valet parkers were wonderful and very friendly. The restrooms were all clean. It was just breathtaking! more

Katie and Andrea are the best!!! 3/27/2007

I started going to Jurlique when I was 7 months pregnant and saw Andrea Walman for a prenatal massage. She gave me the best massage I have ever had!! She customized my massage to fit my needs and even put eucaliptys(?) oil on my pillow because I had a stuffy nose. It was and still is the massage I have ever had. I have recently seen Katie Kilgore for a facial and she did the same. She customized my facial to fit my needs and was informative about her techniques but didn't disturb me from relaxing. The spa rooms are really cozy and the staff is a breath of fresh air from most spas in the area. Everyone is so relaxed and the spa experience starts from the moment you walk through the elavator door. Pros: atmosphere, service, products, relaxing more

Best Spa in Atlanta 1/8/2007

What a great getaway without getting away. The highly trained staff made all the difference. There organic products were a refreshing change. My friends and I made a day of it working out in their great gym facility, going for a swim, sitting by the jacuzzi and of course the wonderful treatments. All the staff was warm and friendly. After this we all had Lunch at the hotels popular Aud pied de cochon. more

This new hotel is best luxury under $300/night 11/20/2006

This new hotel is best luxury under $300/night. Aside from the Ritz, Four Seasons crowd, this the bes luxury in Atlanta. Rooms are super. Late night dining is best in ATL and jazz trio at sidewalk bar is awesome. more

Great Hotel 11/14/2006

Awesome weekend get away in the city 10/31/2006

little slice of heaven in the city. Great staff, sunday brunch to die for! worth the price. found a great deal on hotwire at the last minute. The down side internet was an extra fee and parking Worth every penny Pros: the bathroom tub & sunday brunch Cons: parking way to $$$- internet was not included in hotel price more

My favorite place... 8/19/2006

I love Jurlique. It's truly one of my favorite places in the city. The atmosphere is calm and clean, with great service and attentive staff. My job requires me to make reservations for others in addition to myself and I love than an uneducated teenager never answers the phone to take reservations (like some of the other spas in ATL). The facials are to die for, and the products are so refreshingly gentle on the skin. Also, their great location allows easy access to the mall pre-experience, and to drinks in the bar afterward. I love this place... my favorite way to spend the day! more

The place to stay in atlanta 7/11/2006

I loved the service and the rooms were amazing! Nice and relaxing weekend for two! We're planning another stay for our anniversary. The room service was fast and really good, which can be uncommon even for the most upscale hotels. Pros: beautiful rooms Cons: expensive more

Had a wonderful night at the Intercontinental 3/29/2006

We got a great hotwire deal at the Intercontinental. The room was on the small side (although not by Atlanta standards--having stayed in some tiny rooms downtown) but it was well appointed. Bathroom was gorgeous and spacious with marble tile and a deep soaking tub. The bed was a dream in terms of comfort. The staff was gracious. A small problem with the bathroom sink was fixed within a couple of hours while we were out to dinner. The bar is great for drinks and people watching and on the Friday night we were there had a really good jazz trio. It was a perfect spot for hanging out and relaxing. Location is convenient to restaurants and bars. My only complaint was that check in was slow: not enough clerks and too many in line, but it they did attempt to remedy the situation. Pros: bed, bar, bathroom more

beautiful hotel 2/18/2006

Granted we stayed in the Presidential Suite on our wedding night, so this review may be a little biased. The staff at the hotel was extremely pleasant and responsive. The turn down service, as silly as it sounds, made me feel so relaxed. They turned on the fireplace, had soft music and dim light. Of course chocolates, but they even sprinkled pink rose petals through-out the bedroom and bathroom. Room service was prompt and their breakfast was delicious. Valets were responsive as was the front desk. We had a wonderful experience here. Pros: service, great food Cons: price more

Former Massage therapist of Quintessence 10/21/2005

Julique products are the best quality spa products you will find anywhere in the world . Even though the products tend to be on the higher end, they are the real deal. I have used other aromatherapy products and have never been as pleased with other companies as with Jurlique massage lotions and aromatherapy blends. I continue to use these products to provide the best for my own private clients. spa services and treatments were outstanding. Many high end spas use jurlique aromatherapy products because they produce great results. We had many loyal clients because Quintessence simply was not only a great company, but the best spa I've ever worked in. The Jurlique concept spa is considered one of the best among celebrities, sports figures, and clientele from all walks of life. You will not be dissapointed! Pros: Aromatherapy products, Quality more

Jurlique Day Spa----Spend your money elsewhere 5/1/2005

For Spa week I get an email for a signature facial for $50. The sitting area is a small table with a seat in the corner (read...bad school kid section). There is no sauna area in the locker room. Although they said I could use the fitness center while there for any service, it was locked and no one offered to show me the facilities although I asked. The quiet room was small and co-ed so make sure your robe is tied tight. In the treatment room sheets were cold, you could hear the traffic on Peachtree and they were moving furniture or holding wrestlemania tryouts in the floor below. The facial was okay and the total bill is $73. What happened to $50. The gratuity is automatically added on but no one explained that ahead of time or in the flyer. Then they started to push the products. Pros: Location Cons: Price, Treatment Rooms, Cheesey Robes more

Great way to feel your away in your own backyard 4/19/2005

On several occasions my lover and I saty at the hotel for weekend pleasure getaways. We live together, but it's a great way to feel romantic with the cost of an airline ticket. more

Amazing Facials 10/28/2002

The ""Good Skin Basics"" facial here really is amazing. So relaxing and I really did feel like I was glowing afterwards. You get a great massage and I love their products. They are very expensive though. Pros: Experts, Great Products, Very Professional Cons: Expensive, Long, No makeup afterewards more
