Bad Bad Bad The worst place in town. I gave them enough try's and still can't see out of my glasses 750.00 wasted . Bolek has the worst bad breath I have ever smelled . Brush your f-n teeth buddy. Never step foot in that place again. Do yourself a favor , Go somewhere else. more

I called them from my insurance list of providers... they were quick to get me an appointment. I didn't wait long, at all, for my appointment while there either. They were fast, courteous and very thorough. My glasses came back in the expected amount of time... and I would definitely recommend them to others. Dr. Heyler was very good... very thorough. Will send the rest of my family to them for sure! Pros: Got an appt. quickly, Friendly and thorough Cons: n/a more

worst eye care professsionals in Tampa 7/18/2008

I have been a patient for a number of years. every year the wait gets longer and longer between check-ups. I call to set appointment and told someone would call back... wrong no return calls... when I finally reached the correct person she stated she had never heard of me before. strange as I have been going there for at least 5 years. HMMMM something strange there. I am on medicaid and well now that many doctors to choose from so I am kinda stuck. but this is a warning for others with GOOD insurance. STAY AWAY!!! Pros: can't think of any except they accept medicaid Cons: very limited parking more

By far the worst experience with all my years of visiting numerous optometrists. 3/26/2008

By far the worst experience I have every had with an optometrist, and I've been visiting offices like South Tampa Eye for over 20 years. The customer service lacks in so many ways it's hard to believe they are still around. They will not return phone calls when they say they will. I've tried to be patient with the staff for almost 5 months now trying to find correct contacts. I'm on my last nerve with this office. Cons: Customer relations more
