I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNERS OF THE LEOPARD RESTAURANT AT DES ARTISTES THAT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT MANAGER BY THE NAME OF GIULIO IS INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT, NASTY, DON NOT SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH.
THIS INCOMPETENT AND ARROGANT GENTLEMAN WAS UNWILLING TO FIX OR TO ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
REGARDING THE SERVICE (WAITER) ATTITUDE TOWARD ""LOCAL"" NEW YORK CITY UPPER WEST SIDE CLIENTELA.
MOST DEFINITELY ONE OF YOUR WAITER BY THE NAME OF ENZO WHICH DOES NOT EVEN SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH AND
DOES NOT EVEN KNOW TO DISTINGUISH THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SAUVIGNON BLANC AND A GLASS OF BAROLO,
NEEDS TO LEARN TO SPEAK TO MY WIFE, LISA WHICH IN MANY OCCASION HE DISRESPECTED HER AND IGNORED MY TABLE!
FURTHERMORE 2 WEEKS AGO MY FAMILY AND I WENT TO DINNER AT GATTO PARDO RESTAURANT AND HAD A WONDERFUL DINNER
FOR MY 15TH ANNIVERSARY.
WHEN I HAD DINNER AT THE LEOPARD AT DES ARTISTES RESTAURANT LAST WEEK I WAS SEATED AT THE TABLE WITHOUT ANY HELP WHAT'S SO EVER FROM THE HOSTESS AND WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER MR GIULIO (MANAGER ON DUTY) WAS CONVENIENTLY SMOKING A CIGARETTE OUTSIDE AND WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO HIM HE REFUSE TO COME TO THE TABLE TO CLARIFY THE PROBLEM!
THE LEOPARD AT DES ARTISTES RESTAURANT HAS A VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAITERS.
IN ADDITION MY ATTENDING WAITER BY THE NAME OF ENZO WITH A VERY HEAVY ITALIAN ACCENT DID NOT TELL US THE SPECIAL AND WAS VERY RUDE AND WHEN I ASKED HIM HE SAID THAT HE DID NOT KNOW THE SPECIALS BECAUSE HE LOST HIS NOTE PAD!!!
AND HE ASK ANOTHER WAITER WHICH HE CAME OVER HIS TABLE TO TELL THE SPECIAL WHICH HE ALSO HAD A VERY BAD ENGLISH.
WHEN MR ENZO WAITER TOOK OUR WINE ORDER HE BROUGHT THE WRONG WINE TO THE TABLE AND WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CHANGE
MY WINE HE TURNED AROUND AND CALLED MY WIFE LISA A ""JEWISH PUTANA"" WHICH TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH IT MEANS
""JEWISH-BITCH"".
I WAS SURPRISED, IMPRESS AND ANGRY BY THE WAY I MR ENZO TREATED MY WIFE LISA. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER BUT
NEVER CAME OVER TO MY TABLE TO RESOLVE THIS HORRIBLE INSULT.
I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT AT THE LEOPARD RESTAURANT WAITERS ARE SO AGGRESSIVE, ARROGANT AND RACIST.
IN ADDITION THE WAITER TOOK THE WRONG FOOD ORDER SUCH AS, MY APPETIZER CAME AFTER THE MAIN COURSE AND
FINALLY WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ""GIULIO"" HE CONVENIENTLY SAID THAT HE WAS SORRY AND THAT HE
WAS GOING TO DELETE THE APPETIZER, WHICH HE NEVER DID. AND REFUSED TO DO SUCH.
THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU SHOULD TREAT YOUR LOCAL NEW YORK CUSTOMERS. THIS INDIVIDUAL MANAGER GIULIO OR JULIO WHICH EVER IS NAME IS SHOULD DEFINITELY GET FIRE. WE WILL LET THE MEDIA AND LOCAL FRIENDS KNOW!!
YOUR RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT IS OUT OF CONTROL AND MOST DEFINITELY OUT OF HIS MIND.
THEY SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL NEXT TIME TO CALL CUSTOMERS THE ""B"" WORD BECAUSE WE ALSO UNDERSTAND ITALIAN LANGUAGE AS WELL.
WHEN MY WIFE AND I DECIDE TO SPEAK UP AND MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE MANAGER WE ASKED HIM FOR HIS LAST NAME WHICH
HE REFUSE TO DO SO AND NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE THE THIRD TIME EVEN TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS SERIOUS INCIDENT
AND PROBLEM.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FORTUNATELY FOR YOUR LUCK I WILL NOT PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE I FEEL
SORRY FOR THIS POOR WAITER AND WE WILL NEVER COME AND HAVE DINNER AT ANY OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.
IN ADDITION I WILL LEAVE A VERY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THE GOOGLE
AND I WILL CONTACT THE BUILDING-HOTEL MANAGEMENT
AT DES ARTISTES LOCATED ON 67TH ST UPPER WEST SIDE AND LET THEM KNOW OF THIS INCIDENT.
THIS RESTAURANT DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS AND MOST OF ALL
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GIAN FRANCO CHANGE MANAGEMENT IF YOU WISH TO DO BUSINESS IN NEW YORK.
