Always a great experience; uplifting 12/10/2010

It is so uplifting to give the gift of a wonderful haircut and color to myself on a regular basis. It is an extravagance for me; but hey, I deserve it. The compliments are many and I pay back by recommending Ihloff Salon and treating oneself to a couple of hours of feeling very special. more

More than I expected 12/3/2010

What a wonderful experience visiting your spa. I scheduled a facial with Britney mid afternoon on a very short notice. Was greeted by a friendly staff. Britney was helpful in recommending the type of facial was best for me & answering all my questions. It was a very relaxing treatment I received & would recommend the facility to everyone. I look forward to returning for a special day of pampering. more

As usual an amazing cut/color with Rachel Faith. Enjoy being greeted with a smile and offered a fresh beverage. It is the little things that can make a great experience awesome. Appreciate the time my stylist gives me. Overall it is an amazing experience that leaves me refreshed and feeling fabulous. more

Wax (face and eyebrow) 12/1/2010

I was severely burned. I am being treated by my dermatologist. It could have possibly have been avoided if I had been asked if I was using certain meds or Retin A,and if certain spots were not gone over more than once. I am a lot of discomfort and have a pretty deep burn on and under my chin. more
