Although my massage was wonderful, quality wise, when you pay for an 80 minute massage, you expect a massage for 80 minutes not 63. I was told that my dressing time was included which is just a rip off. I will look to other establishments, who actually give you what you pay for, for massages. more

Nichole is the best and I never worry about how my hair will turn out. She is professional but also such a delight to spend the time with. The spa is always clean and the staff makes me feel special from the moment I walk in the door. more

I was offered beverages multiple times,they were very refreshing and i felt relaxed the whole time. I did not have to wait long for any service. The transition to each service was very smooth. more

I have been coming to that location for yrs. and I love my stylist, but the prices are way too high for what I have done. As for the atmosphere, it is cold, stark, not relaxing at all, lighting is horrible and everything and everyone has a green florescent tint. Generally it is just not a very inviting or comfortable place to sit for hours at a time. The front of the salon is OK, the spa is nice, but the hair stylist section is awful...nothing will be done to improve it, but that is just my 2 cents, since you asked. more
