After waiting 3 hours (With only 3 Customers) to get a new set of tires I watched the tire installers struggle with placing my new tires on my rims. Finally, after they finished I had a total of 21 weights on a set of 4 tires, my rims were scratched, it was a mess. I paid and left. I turned onto Westheimer and after approaching more than 20 mph it shook so bad that it went into the other lane and almost ran into another car. I pulled over to see if my tire feel off. I drove over to the fake FIrestone slowly (which I learned later that is not really and Firestone, they just use the name) I told the rude unprofessional owner the problem he told me it was my car and not the tires and not the installers. I then asked for the tires to be rebalanced and he was rude and unprofessional and I asked for my money back and my old tires. He said get off my property and go elsewhere. I recorded the whole episode and called the police. The police advised him that he must give me my tires back, he rolled them in the middle of the parking lot and left them there. I then called a REAL Firestone, and they offered to help even though I had gone to an owner franchised Firestone. I drove up and they looked at my tires and said it must have been the installers first day. He drove the car, saw the same shaking problem. They took the tires off in 20 minutes and downsized the 21 weights to 6 weights and all was well. Please do not subject yourself to this owner franchise its not a real Firestone.
