These guys solved my problems, more or less. The communication was great between them and me. I never wondered what was going on and they did much more than I was expecting. They'd keep me posted by emailing me and calling me to let me know what was happening. I never felt like they were ignoring me.
I feel like I hit the lottery, but I didn't get any money. No longer do I have the sick feeling in my stomach when I think of my IRS issue. I feel like I'm not going into buying a house with my family in February with a monkey on my back.
