I actually should have written months ago. I don't even live in Columbus, I was there for a business trip in January. The food was fine and the atmosphere was great. I remember chatting with the waitress (don't know her name, just know she was a petite dark-haired pretty girl with a pony tail). Before ordering, I chatted with her about the difference between the scallop and chicken dish. I finally ordered scallop, but my order came as chicken. I didn't think that's a big deal as I was hungry and just wanted to finish dinner soon and get back to the hotel, and that made sense since we chatted about scallop and chicken beforehand anyway. But then she realized that she brought me the wrong order, and came to my table to apologize. She told me to pick a dessert that I like and it's going to be on her to make up for the mistake. When I was done with my dessert and going to pay for my meal, she told me, ""You're all set!"" so she didn't even charge me for the main dish and she insisted. Oh my! I've never experienced such treatment even in Seattle where I come from. Best of compliment to this restaurant and the way they treat their customers.
