I had a horrible time on the phone with the customer service counter lady. I simply asked to be directed with ticketmaster. And she replied that there are six people in line and asked if i would like to hold. I told her i would call back. and then continued to ask one more question which was. ""what tickets are the people buying""? which was then answered in return, ""sorry sir this is customer service is there anything i can help you with"". so i i then said goodbye. I might add not very go service for customer service. So then i looked up the number for ticket master at this same hyvee( valley west drive) and asked if i could get the prices for a concert i want to purchase tickets for. and they then replied that they cannot provide information on the subject. I then aasked if the service fees were the same as the internet service fee. And agian they were unable to help me with that question as well. so to wrap up my review i will say that customer service is very poor at counter and over the phone also ticket master needs to be able to provide more information on pricing not only in the store but internet as well.
