I was a huge fan of Hug n Pups for quite a while, I would even drive from Maricopa to have them groom my dogs until one day I picked them up and my poor Honey had cuts all along her spine, legs, ribs, and shoulder area. I will never take my babies there again after that incident, it took almost two weeks for the scabs to heal and in the meantime she kept itching herself. It was a terrible experience that could have been avoided, Honey is EXTREMELY easy too groom! more

Not only did your grooming efforts make him look even more adorable than I thought possible but, it was also obvious that he had totally enjoyed the experience of just being with you all. He's quite the handsome pup. 5/10/2011

Wanted to let you know that when I first brought my doggie, Doc, in a few months ago, you let me know of a special Dental gel treatment you offered to remove the plaque from his teeth. His vet wanted me to get a teeth cleaning at his office, but I would need to put him under anesthetic and I didn't want to do that because of his age.You have given him 3 treatments so far and when I took him to the vet for a checkup last week, he told me that the plaque was just about all gone from Doc's teeth. He was impressed to hear that you at Hugs N Pups had such a good treatment and that it worked so well. Can't thank you enough for this service. He's quite the handsome pup. more

We have a Yorkie Terrier and a Shitzu Maltese who were groomed by Linda a week ago. I am so thankful we tried their services. Boscoe and Spanky were warmly received and came out both so handsome. It means alot they care for them as if our pets were their own. Definetely, I will refer them to other pet owners. more

I have been taking my 5y/o beagle "Blue", to them, for monthly visits, for over a year. To have her nails trimmed and everyone treats her like royalty! And she has no problems with them! more

Your groomer Debbie did an excellent job on my 16yr old dog. Last time he was groomed he went & hid when we got home. This time he's prancing around just as happy as he can be and that makes me very happy! more

Been coming here for about a year now with my Dog (Maverick) plus a lady's dogs if 3, Coco-Poodle, Sean Poodle & Peuya a Pomaranion. Your always friendly and smiling and act very pleasant Met Cindy awhile back and she had a wonderful love for dogs as I am sure all the rest of you do. Keep up the good work in your business. You have a great custmer here. more

Thank you girls for making our boys even more snuggly 4/13/2011

Bentley my 5 pound Maltese and Elliott my 12 pounder love their new home. It's been great to request what I want and how I want it. I love their bear like faces but a well groomed body. I especially love the little ties the girls make for our two boys, as they make our boys look like true professionals. I have to admit I finally look forward in getting my two little guys out of the house for a couple of hours and getting some down time while they get groomed. Thank you girls for making our boys even more snuggly and white. more

The staff was very sweet and loving to my dogs 4/12/2011

I just want to thank Hun N Pups Pet Grooming for doing such a fabulous job on my three Shetland Sheepdogs. I called in a panic at noon because my poor doggies had ticks and they had me in by 3:30 the same day. The three employees did such a beautiful job on my dogs. I told them that I had trouble getting them into other places and they squeezed them in and we're so compassionate to my doggies. What I really appreciate is the fact that the staff stayed an hour and a half after closing to help me with my situation. The staff was very sweet and loving to my dogs and they have the patience of a saint. They patiently picked off each tick and made sure that my dogs were happy and tick free when we left. I'd recommend anyone to them and plan on going back as a regular customer. Thanks so much guys and I appreciate the professionalism. Sincerely, Susan. more

Linda and her staff at Hug N Pups are great. How do you know if a groomer is good? Look how the dogs react when they first arrive for their appointment. I have never seen any dog get nervous nor anxious when they arrive at Linda's shop, and when they leave, looking great, you can see that they are happy. more

I just LOVE Hug N Pups & so does my "kid"! She's always unstressed when arriving & leaving. The staff are wonderful! I'll always come here & tell all my friends. My friends told me & we are very grateful! She used to really cry at the other. more

My two Scotties and I both loved Hug N Pups! My dogs were greeted with lots of love and attention; I didn't have any hesitation about leaving them. They were beautiful when I went to pick them up and so proud of themselves! I have already told all my friends about Hug N Pups. more

Denise did a wonderful job on my exotic short hair "Pepper". Really helped out with all her shedding. Pepper always leaves here Happy :-). So thank you from me and Pepper. The rest of the staff was awesome too. :-). more
