happy and totally we cared for 12/29/2010

My dogs are always happy and totally we cared for and groomed. My dogs have had other grooming salons where they left as if escaping prison. They were not just happy to go home, but desperate. more

I just want to thank Hun N Pups Pet Grooming for doing such a fabulous job on my three Shetland Sheepdogs. I called in a panic at noon because my poor doggies had ticks and they had me in by 3:30 the same day. The three employees did such a beautiful job on my dogs. I told them that I had trouble getting them into other places and they squeezed them in and we're so compassionate to my doggies. What I really appreciate is the fact that the staff stayed an hour and a half after closing to help me with my situation. The staff was very sweet and loving to my dogs and they have the patience of a saint. They patiently picked off each tick and made sure that my dogs were happy and tick free when we left. I'd recommend anyone to them and plan on going back as a regular customer. Thanks so much guys and I appreciate the professionalism. Sincerely, Susan. more

Linda and her staff at Hug N Pups are great. How do you know if a groomer is good? Look how the dogs react when they first arrive for their appointment. I have never seen any dog get nervous nor anxious when they arrive at Linda's shop, and when they leave, looking great, you can see that they are happy. more

My dogs were greeted with lots of love and attention 9/21/2010

My two Scotties and I both loved Hug N Pups. My dogs were greeted with lots of love and attention; I didn't have any hesitation about leaving them. They were beautiful when I went to pick them up and so proud of themselves. I have already told all my friends about Hug N Pups. more

I got a "Creamy Vanilla Pet Odor Exterminator Candle" 8/26/2010

I got a "Creamy Vanilla Pet Odor Exterminator Candle" on our last visit to Hug N Pups. Later, our friend wanted to bring his new girlfriend over for an impromtu visit and I was concerned about the litter box odor...I lit the candle and almost immediately the odor was gone, replaced with a light vanilla scent. I found out later that the girlfriend had NO idea that we had a cat, much less FIVE of them and multiple litter boxes. What a great product...Thanks! P.H. more

The ladies are so nice & accomodating.. 8/20/2010

Literally we woke up on a Saturday.. yelped for some way to get our new Airedale pup shiny and fluffed.. & Mark called to see if we could literally get him in on the whim.. Yep.. no prob. The ladies are so nice & accomodating..We dropped our sheisty Winston.. & felt free for the next few hours.. They called us when we were done.. & Winston smelled like a vanilla bean.. all fluffed and curly again.. I think he had a doggety time there too.. he loved the ladies.. got his snack& away we went.. more

They are in fact the nicest ladies I have encountered. They seem to love Bella and Bella seems to love them. They also are very nice enough not to give a look of horrow when I have perhaps let Bella go several weeks longer then I should. I am very busy . . . um . . . anyway I have been going there for a while now. It is very out of the way and I will drive the extra miles because I know my dog will be taken care of! I am also very excited that I am moving closer to them which means more grooming for Bella! I am excited, Bella is not so much . . more

Thankfully we moved again & were closer to Hug N Pups! 8/17/2010

I love Hug N Pups! I had taken my lil 3 lb Maltese here for about 2 years but then we moved so I had to find a new place to get her groomed. I went to about 4 other places & none of them even compared. Thankfully we moved again & were closer to Hug N Pups! These are different owners from the last time I brought Angel in but they are just as great! more
