I came in Monday morning to have a light in my AC controls replaced under warranty. Rick greeted me quickly, and after my car was in the repair center, he came out with a list of things to ask me about. I had done several, but needed 2 additional things done. Even adding a brake flush and spark plug replacement, I was still out of there by 10:30.
Also, the waiting area is very pleasant. Comfortable chairs, wifi, coffee and other drinks, and even a quiet work area with carrels for people who need to get some work done while their car is worked on. And even if you walk around the show room, there's no hard sell by the sales team to try to get you to buy a new car. Oh, they ask you how old your car is, but they are not pushy.
I find that when I have my car in for service, it's generally a very pleasant experience, not one I dread. The terrific service department and overall service experience will certainly be a factor I consider strongly the next time I'm in the market for a car.
