Howdy Honda, in my opinion, is one of the premier Honda dealerships in the country and their service department is beyond amazing, whatever "beyond amazing" is. I've been there a total of 6 times, and 4 of those times were simply because I'm insanely curious and have lots of questions about my vehicle because I want to keep it in tip-top shape. If the smallest thing is bothering me, I'll go in and ask. And above all, though the questions are small and trivial, I've always been treated with respect. I bought my Honda from David McDavid in Irving, TX, and Howdy Honda has done a much better job at helping me than David McDavid has. So if you're in Austin, then going to Howdy Honda is a must. Of the service advisors there, the two that I highly recommend are Kevin Childers and Eric Contreras (not sure on the last name for Eric). In case you're wondering what the other two times were for, one was for an actual service and another was because I was seeing spots under my car and I was worried about a detrimental fluid leak.
