That was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. I went to the 24th St's Horizon on August 30th, 2007. Although the blinds were very expensive, I liked them and I thought it could worth it paying $2005.00 for 3 blinds of a regular size. Besides, the guy who was helping me said the service was extremely professional and they would install it in no more than 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. To make a huge story short: after 3 weeks they came at 9pm (it was scheduled for 11am) with two that didn't work. They installed the other one and came with the two missing ones more than 2 weeks later. Meanwhile, I had to call them dozens of times to see if the blinds had arrived. When they brought them, not just they weren't working again but they were the wrong model! Between this second time and the third one I probably had to call them more than 30 or 40 times, since they were always pushing the instalation date forward. On October 25th, 56 days after my first visit to the store, I called again (!!!) and they said it was impossible to have them before Monday, the 29th, because the blinds were on their way from Arizona and the delay was an UPS mistake. After I said that if they didn't bring the blinds to my apartment on the next day I wanted my money back no matter what (yes, it took me all this time to say that, I'm extremely patient) the blinds mysteriously came all the way from AZ during the night and they installed them on Oct. 26th. Be aware!
Pros: Nothing worth such a hassle
Cons: Terrible customer service
