Just bought my first home and Jeff was great. He explained everything in very clear and straightforward terms. He labeled a lot of things and put instructions on the label. His written report of the inspection was detailed and complete.\r \r He made something that I thought was going to be super stressful pretty easy! more

I don't know much about home inspection or home inspectors for that matter, but I can tell you that I was very impressed with Homestead Inspections. My home was inspected in early April. Jeff, the inspector was friendly and very professional, and he provided some good insight into the current state of the house (I had a few structural issues that he quickly pointed out and some electrical concerns). Overall, I am satisfied with the service and a few friends and family members have used Homestead Inspections since then. more

We recently had a home inspection performed by Jeff from Homestead Inspections, Inc. He was friendly, professional, thorough and very helpful. The cost was also very reasonable. In less than 24-hours we had a detailed report that offered some advice on things that could/should be repaired or modified as well as some advice about winterizing different things. During the inspection he also noted some areas that could be improved cosmetically or functionally, as well as some information on how to most effectively make the improvements. Since this is our first home, the extra advice will be very helpful. more
