Everything went really well with Holmes Body Shop. I have no complaints. I would give their service the highest rating, and they did a wonderful job as far as the quality is concerned. Everything was in perfect condition concerning what the problem was. My insurance company recommended them to me, and I would give them the highest recommendation myself. Made my accident experience a perfect experience! 12/9/2011

This was my first experience with Holmes Body Shop and I have no complaints about them. Everything went perfectly. They were great about updating me with daily reports about the progress on my car. Everyone there is friendly and professional. If I ever need this kind of work done again, I'll definitely go there. When this first happened, I found out that most of the people in my office who had been in accidents had gone there too! RESPONSE FROM Holmes Body Shop: Thanks for the great review! Pricey and postponed when I would get my car back twice! 7/22/2011

I was in an accident and my insurance company recommended Holmes Body Shop to me. They postponed the dates my car would be ready, not once but twice! Also, the total cost was changed significantly after we had talked to them quite a few times. Had I known how much the final cost would be, I would have taken it somewhere else. The work was adequate, but I am not happy and would never go back! more

I recommed Holmes 6/23/2011

This is my secondy time using Holmes Body Shop. The first time was in Pasadena. This time I used the El Segundo location. I had the same great service as before. My Toyota looks better than before the accident because it's so clean. Joe and the girl at the front desk (I forgot her name) were wonderful to work with. I gave a 4 not 5 because this location was smaller than the Pasadena location and it was a little hard for me to find. But once I did, I was really happy. more

Friendly, professional and remember who their customers are! 6/21/2011

I recently went into Holmes Body Shop to have my van fixed. I had been there before, about a year beforehand. Everybody is very friendly and want to help you. They take really good care for you and make sure they show you to the right person to talk to. Also, I appreciate that they remember me and always are quick to greet me by name. It's nice to know that Holmes Body Shop is there if I need them! 5/23/2011

This was my first experience with Holmes Body Shop. I choose them mostly based on they are one of the three shops Allstate uses, the testimonials online were good and they are close by. However, I knew I was going to use Holmes once I started dealing with the guys there. They knew what needed to be done and did it. The biggest thing for me was the way they took charge of the rental car and the insurance company for me. The guys inside were busy calling Enterprise for the rental, which was huge to me, I mean, that was one less phone call I had to make. Every thing was smooth. I am really glad it was a good experience, I didn't know anyone like that in the area, so it's nice to know they're there now. more

Terrible Service I will no have my car repairs at Holms Duarte again 5/22/2011

Took my car to Holmes Durate at the recommendation of my Insurance company Allstate. Wish I I had done my research. Holmes will not fix any damage to custom parts on your car. Just Ask Mike at Holmes Duarte and he will tell you sorry take your issue to your Insurance company?? I thought I would get my car back the way it was prior to the accident but No. So do your research first go on line and look at the reviews and you will see that the reviews for Holmes not so good. more

I was referred to Holmes Body Shop 2 or 3 accidents ago, and I always return to them. I continue using them because of the convenience, their good workmanship, and because they are good about contacting me with progress updates. more

Holmes is wonderful! 2/18/2011

You never want to need an auto body shop, but if you do...Holmes is wonderful. They shuttled us to the rental car office, sent daily updates on the progress and were very thorough from top to bottom. We're glad the insurance company sent us to Holmes! more

Outstanding service and result! 2/15/2011

Brought my Lexus to Holmes for damage to the side of the car. The car was practically brand new when the damage happened. I honestly can't tell at all where the repair starts and stops. It just looks like a new car again. more

Holmes Body Shop is awesome. I only had my Mercedes for two weeks when I accidentally backed over a curb, completely denting my bumper. I couldn't believe it, my heart was broken I was so upset that I had hurt my new car. I took my car in and immediately they made me feel better. I was greeted in a friendly manner and they offered me coffee and some soothing words. Truly they were magicians. They fixed my bumper in one day and completely detailed it too. Honestly, it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. I can't even tell where the bumper was dented the work was that good. The efficiency and the quality was there. They are lifesavers! I highly recommend their services. more

An extremely positive experience; I would highly recommend them. 2/2/2011

The first person who greeted me at Holmes Body Shop was excellent, and she sent me over to Karen, who was also excellent. Finally, I was referred to Tim. When I picked up the vehicle a technician went over the car to show me the work, and he also did a great job. It was the first time in a long time that I have used them. They did some front and rear bumper and fender work. Everything was great. It was estimated to be done in 5 days, but they did it in 3. The quality of the work was excellent. more

second time...just as good! 2/17/2009

This is the second time I have been to Holmes Body Shop. I was there late last year. It made me feel good that they remembered me from the first time. Just like the first time, Holmes Body Shop took very good care of me. My car looked brand new when they were done. It was as clean as a new car when I picked it up. I think they gave it a detail. The people are very nice. That means a lot to me. Pros: Friendly service more

Don't Come Here! 7/16/2008

This place USED to be great. I guess they are hiring more and more incompetent people there now. Scratched interior and claimed it was a manufacturer's defect. ??? Took double the time they quoted me. Had to go back because they screwed up the first time. Didn't even give me an estimate on how long they will take and I would have to call everyday to check if it was finished. Now I have to find a new body shop to go to.... Pros: Polite Cons: Isn't at all what they claim to be more

Had works done on my car after a painful car crash. My car was in a mess. these guys gave me a quick quote, contacted my insurance and gave me a rental car, came back in 10 days. It was done and ready. the wait was long, but i would come back here for more service. Pros: On time more
