THEY R CROOKS AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I took my vw in to see what was wrong and said i might want an oil change if i decide to fix the car. They said they would call me before anything was done. They never called i had to call them multiple times. And the next day i asked them NOT to change my oil. i call back several hours later and he proceeds to tell mewe started the oild change u asked for and i said i told you not too! and he said all the oil has been drained would u like regular for 39.95 or synthetic for 69.95? They made me pay for there mistake! they inconsiderate, incompetent people. PLEASE listen to me and the others that tell you the are shady and dont care about you or your buisness just your $ more

THEY DO NOT FOLLOW OWNERS INSTRUCTIONS. I told them not to fix anything in the car, just wanted a quote and figure out when i'm ready and can aford to fix it. But they went ahead to fix some of the stuff anyways without informing me. I think thats a little shady more

I am refurbishing a 1973 Karmann Ghia and getting parts at the right price here in England can be very expensive. I came across Hill Top Motors whilst surfing the internet and gave them a phone call regarding some parts that I needed.Both the price for the parts and postage costs were excellent.I ordered the parts and they arrived well packaged within 6 days. I'll start off by saying I do not think they are complete sheisters, but I recently had my New Beetle there for service. They ignorge written and verbal $$$ limits for repairs. I authorized $100 before they should call. When I checked in, they were already up to $300. Later, I authorize $850.00 and the bill was $1100+. Also, it looks as though they left a MAJOR part off the Beetle and someone there smashed the bottom of my bumper into a driveway or curb. Scratched it badly and tore up some plastics. On last item, they must have left the windows open the entire time it was in the shop, the entire interior was coveresd with some sort of soot. WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK! PROS: They have been around for ages. CONS: They do not need your business. more
