I'll start off by saying I do not think they are complete sheisters, but I recently had my New Beetle there for service. They ignorge written and verbal $$$ limits for repairs. I authorized $100 before they should call. When I checked in, they were already up to $300. Later, I authorize $850.00 and the bill was $1100+. Also, it looks as though they left a MAJOR part off the Beetle and someone there smashed the bottom of my bumper into a driveway or curb. Scratched it badly and tore up some plastics. On last item, they must have left the windows open the entire time it was in the shop, the entire interior was coveresd with some sort of soot. WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK!
PROS: They have been around for ages.
CONS: They do not need your business.
