Fantstic Service 3/12/2012

I purchased some Marantz hifi components that were beautiful but not working. Took them to HiTech. Three days later, they call with an estimate. Very reasonable. Two days after that the units are set up and sounding amazing. Looks like Kenny––the tech, who actually gave me his cell phone number in case I needed him after hours(!!)––took a little extra time to clean things up, too. I've had good dealings with Tom and his HiTech crew in the past, but this latest transaction has been the best yet. Highly recommended. more
