I took in my brand new jeep to get an estimate on repairing my door which while open hit a mailbox. MINIMAL DAMAGE! 3 days later after receiving a $6500 quote from them for repair...

PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING HERNANDEZ COLLISION CENTER OF SAVANNAH & HINESVILLE LOCATIONS COMPLAINTS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. BOTH MY SISTER, MY HUSBAND AND MY VEHICLES HAVE BEEN SO CALLED REPAIRED BY THE SAVANNAH LOCATION AND NEITHER VEHICLE ARE REPAIRED AS PROMISED. AFTER SEVERAL RETURNS AND BROKEN PROMISES THEY STILL ARE NOT REPAIRED CORRECTLY. THE GUARANTEE IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS PRINTED ON. NOT ENOUGH TIME OR SPACE ON THE WEB TO EXPLAIN ALL THAT WE HAVE DISCOVERED ABOUT THE CO.'S TACTICS TO ""TAKE YOU & YOUR INSURANCE TO THE CLEANERS"". MESSAGE ME ON FACEBOOK ASAP!! more

Never will I work with this company again!!!! I put my caprice in this so called repair shop because I trusted that they were the best in town. I soon found out that the company's employees lack a great deal of professionalism. One in particular would be Regina Maez if it was up to me she would be fired. I had to call Mrs. Maez on several different occasions to check the repair status of my car, and which was her job that she failed to do. After several weeks of calling while trying to do my job and Regina's I decided to contact her Manager, and shared with him the lack of effort Regina failed to do when it came to following up with me. After Regina was gotten on too by her Manager the then and only then contacted me. Regina Maez was very rude to me and told me that she has been contacted me about my car several times!?! Bull@hit!! Liar and a good one too. Because my receptionist documents every single call I get or offers to transfer the caller to my voice mail. And evey call is recoreded at my Job. Regina being the rude B@tch she is told me that me telling her Manager what she DIDIN'T DO was uncalled for. Luckly the conversation was being recorded or she would of heard how really uncalled for I could be. After another employee Mrs. Liz, who was great! took over my case. And 41 days after putting my car in this shop my car was finished after ONLY NEEDING A REPLACED BUMPER. I drove my car home on the way home i heard a clicking sound under the hood which turned out to be my battery cover the mechanic's left off and could of blew my engine up. So I called to let the company know and spoke to another employee to let her know what has happend. Well this employee told me in a rude tone""Well Sir what is it that you want me to do?"" Which I responded I just want your techs to be more careful next time! And this B@tch told me Sir there are alot of things wrong with your car! Over all Regina Maez is a unprofessional B#tch and she gives this company a very bad name Hernandez fire her ass if you plan to stay in buisness!!!! more

STEALING FROM THE U.S. ARMY 3/20/2010

This is the worst place to do business !!!!!! There are very few collision shops in or around Hinesville, Georgia. ""Fort Stewart"". This place totally screws us soldiers, they know we will be gone somewhere else soon. They had me sign a ""repair order"" to fix my car. Which I did. My insurance company came to the shop, they looked at it, they called me, they fully explained the damages to the car,what was covered, etc....So like a week later this girl from the shop calls and says"" your car is done and you owe us 426.17 more than your insurance paid. I said I wont pay anything, she said you will if you want your car, she said you signed our form that states you will pay any difference. So I had my Atty read the form, which I did not get a copy up front, I then talked to my Insurance company, they state that they can not comment on this shop. I then read and realized the form they made me sign, I did not even get a copy when I left the car.I was duped. The form I signed said I will pay any differnece from the insurance settlement. Now my car sits behind their shop as I am ready to deploy.I have a wife and small child, they really need this car back,please dont get screwed like I did. I have been all over, this is the first place I have seen that wants to screw a U.S. soldier. Pros: NONE WHAT SO EVER Cons: THE WORST PLACE EVER-PERIOD more
