I can not recommend Hertiage Hills apartments. The walls on the units are paper thin and you can clearly hear your neighbors conversations. On the lower units you can also hear the foot steps of those above you. The heat during the winter is ridiculous. They are required to furnish heat, but, they make sure that the settings are low, so they can save on their electric bill. (You can not adjust the heat settings to gain adequate heat). Right next to these apartments are some condo'sthat were made by the same builder that have been cheaply converted. Without a doubt, you will see some of these units continually for sale. (Heritage Hills Condominum, Bloomington, MN) . Once, they got in they discovered that all they got was a cheap converstion from an apartment building. The location is faily good, but, you pay a consequence for it in living style. Do not consider Hertiage Hills Apartments. You will be disappointed. I assure.

Cons: Walls between units are paper thin and you can hear footsteps from above.
