We have taken our cars to Herbs for years and found them to be very reasonable and their service is great. We will continue to use them for all our car needs.

Worst

They tried to charge me $141 for a battery for my Jetta...And another $30 for an ""Electrical Check"" to tell me my Battery was bad.. So I bought a battery at Walmart for $45 & t...

Dragged me along. My car was towed there by AAA and it was one expensive fix after another until I owed almost as much as my car was worth without it even working yet. I definitely did appreciate the late night and weekend service hours, but I will definitely not be going back. more

Outrageously Expensive 10/7/2009

Great tow service 7/29/2009

Got my car towed late night and cheap which was awesome, but then I was pretty much at their mercy for the repair of the car. They gave me an estimate and it was actually cheaper to have it towed again, 39 MILES, and have it worked on by someone else, who basically cut the price in half. Customer service on the phone is great, though... Pros: Hours are excellent, tow service is great Cons: Very pricey for repairs more
