Haven Spa

The Haven Spa and Chritine Schulz are fantastic! I have been diagnosed with lower spinal stenosis. I also had a cervical fusion of 2 levels 3yrs. ago. I have tried everything including accupunture. Nothing works better than the deep tissue massage and hot rock therapy I recieve at the Haven Spa. Christine is fantastic and really knows what to do reliveve my neck and leg pain. If you are in need of any type therapy you have to try this! Its the best!!!! more

I received a massage at The Haven last evening and had an excellent experience. I appreciated the concern my therapist expressed for my issues and pain levels. I have been experiencing headaches and neck pain and my therapist spent extra time on my back and neck and she also used soothing hot stones that were warming and relaxing. I would recommend the spa to others! more

I think the haven spa has very talented therapists. I have sufferred a severe back injury and the therapy I recieved at this spa has been one of the only things that helped get me through this tough time. This spa is located in such a convenient area and the ambience inside is amazing. I go in as much as my schedule allows! more

My husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday. It was for a European Facial and a Stress Relief foot message. \r \r When I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance, I requested a reminder call. I never recieved one.\r \r I called during business hours and got voicemail. I left a voicemail to say I was going to be a few minutes late. I was 10 minutes late for a 2 hour appointment (back to back). The owner stated because I was late it rendered my gift certificate invalid. I tried to compromise and she would not even let me have my second appointment. She told me she is going home for the night.\r \r I was shocked and upset. I'll never go back and am advising my friends and husband to stay away from this place. There are far too many good spas in Madison to waste time and money here.\r \r I got no service for this expensive gift certificate from my husband and kids. more
