My husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday. It was for a European Facial and a Stress Relief foot message. \r

When I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance, I requested a reminder call. I never recieved one.\r
\r
I called during business hours and got voicemail. I left a voicemail to say I was going to be a few minutes late. I was 10 minutes late for a 2 hour appointment (back to back). The owner stated because I was late it rendered my gift certificate invalid. I tried to compromise and she would not even let me have my second appointment. She told me she is going home for the night.\r

I was shocked and upset. I'll never go back and am advising my friends and husband to stay away from this place. There are far too many good spas in Madison to waste time and money here.\r

I got no service for this expensive gift certificate from my husband and kids.
