The Haven Spa and Chritine Schulz are fantastic! I have been diagnosed with lower spinal stenosis. I also had a cervical fusion of 2 levels 3yrs. ago. I have tried everything including accupunture. Nothing works better than the deep tissue massage and hot rock therapy I recieve at the Haven Spa. Christine is fantastic and really knows what to do reliveve my neck and leg pain. If you are in need of any type therapy you have to try this! Its the best!!!!
