Harrison Land Surveying was an incredible company that was founded by Thomas Harrison who's professionalism and understanding of his business is unsurpassed. He and Veronica his wife of 20 years have renamed the company to Harrison Land Surveying, PLLC and are still located in Sorrento. A very dedicated and first rate surveying company. This company is first rate from initial contact to job completion. Teri was quick to respond to my request for a land survey and were very patient answering all my questions. I was in a bind and needed the job done ASAP and they followed through with their promise. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish all companies were so customer conscious! more

Evidently things have changed since the last reviewer posted. I had a desperate need for a survey last week, and was referred to Harrison Survey and Mapping by a Title Company that I trust. I called late Wednesday for a Thursday survey in Lake Nona to meet a Friday closing deadline. Theresa took the call and my info, and issued the work order immediately. No hesitation! She knew exactly what to do with all documents. I paid the standard rate via credit card over the phone (no up-charge for the rush or overtime). The surveyors completed their work on schedule on Thursday, then Harrison Survey sent out PDF's that same day to the title attorneys, the buyers and to me, along with all documentation of the transaction. Originals in triplicate followed. Theresa and Brock were extremely courteous and understanding, and did not once grumble about the rush. A responsive company like this is worth gold in my book, and I give them a full five star rating! Pros: Responsive and courteous more

We ordered a rush survey and explained the situation and date we needed it. Instead of sending it out via courier or overnight as most surveyors do, they waited until the next day (day we needed it) and sent it regular mail. Then to get the survey, we had pay for the deliver to our office. Will not be using this company again...should have gone with Long or another cooperative company in the area. more
