We ordered a rush survey and explained the situation and date we needed it. Instead of sending it out via courier or overnight as most surveyors do, they waited until the next day (day we needed it) and sent it regular mail. Then to get the survey, we had pay for the deliver to our office. Will not be using this company again...should have gone with Long or another cooperative company in the area.
