Highly recommend this store... This truly must be one of those cases where people only take the time to write reviews when they had that rare bad experience!!\r \r I order from their online site all the time, mainly because they are normally the cheapest. I have ordered at least 20-30 items from them over the last 2 yrs, and have not had one issue. (sorry take that back, one time i wasn't satisfied w the product, so they overnighted me the product that was a little more expensive and i should have ordered in the first place) Literally i have nothing but good things to say about them.\r \r The customer service has been wonderful and helpful, they actually know their products unlike most customer service centers! more

Scammers.\r \r Lists very low prices they never intend to honor. Then they charge your credit card, tell you they are out of stock and you spend weeks trying to get a refund.\r \r They email you lies saying they will refund but only do so if you contact the BBB, your credit card company, or threaten to contact the fraud department of the local police.\r \r Stay away unless you would like to waste your time and money more

This store, also operating as AceHardwareSuperstore dot com, runs a classic bait and switch - low prices, accept order, charge your card, then write back asking for more shipping costs, which brings their costs to the same or higher than other stores. They do not respond to BBB complaints. Also please note the two positive reviews are fake, you can see verbatim reviews posted for two Ace Stores under these names. more

I order some lights and waited two weeks. I called when they should have been delivered. They lied to me twice and forcefully gave me a refund instead of express shipping my lights that I had already paid for!!! Waited on hold a half hour was told I was talking to a manager, then told the managers were in a meeting then hung up on after waiting 30mins.... FVCK THIS PLACE. more

Used their online site about 4weeks ago, was told it would be delivered in 7-10days. On day ten I called that morning & was told my order was shipped that day. Strangely though FEDEX didn't pick it up until late that afternoon. Product arrived damaged beyond repair & to this date they have not sent return label or replacement product. First & last time I will use this on line store. Poor Service Ever worse consumer service On line store & actual store front owned by same person yet they are separate and store front can not & will not help. PLUS the damaged product can NOT be returned to another ACE Hardware store for return or replacement. BEWARE................... Part 2 Finally today(Nov 28) they called and said Fedex will be picking up the damaged product in the morning & a new one will be ship as soon as they verify the damaged product has been picked up. Stay tune for Part 3 coming up in the near future. more

I ordered a Dewalt Reciprocating Saw online from this company. It was the best price I could find on the net by a few dollars, so far so good. Upon completing my order, I found the order system tacked on $24.35 shipping. That's pretty high, and it brought the total price up such that it is on par with most retailers. Not such a good deal any more, but not too bad either, so I ordered. After a couple days I got an email from them with some story about the warehouse woudn't ship directly to me so they had to have it shipped to them and reship it to me. Bottom line was they refused to ship it unless I coughed up another $14.99 shipping, for a total of $39.34! In my opinion they lured me in with a great price then quietly tacked on $ until they got their real price, now more than almost everyone else online. No deal Hanna, and you lost any future business from me as well. Your email said it was a special-order item, well, your online ordering system doesn't seem to know that. Suggest you get your shipping calculator fixed so we know up front what the true cost is. more

I usually get things on-line allot. From time to time you get bad experiences with some websites, but i can assure everyone that Ace Hardware Superstore is a very serious and nice store. I bought some cleaning and electrical things top noch quality. I've sent them the order they called me to confirm ( which is a must do on an online website ). I am very happy with them and i hope other people are to. more

I am so very please with this company. They got great products at a very good price, the website is organized i can find the things i want really fast and easy. The customer service is a BLAST, very professional if i do says so myself and i almost forgot the shipping was fast, it came in 2 days. Now to think of it thank you ace hardware superstore. more
