When I arrived at Gwinnett Place Nissan I was expecting to get the same run-around I had experienced at the three dealerships I had visited prior. However, I was proved wrong as soon as I walked into the doors of their dealership. The environment was completely different than the other dealers and from the second I walked in until the moment I left I received nothing but incredible customer service. I was never left alone for long, but during the brief moments I was every employee that walked by never hesitated to smile and make sure I was being taken care of. Not only were they extremely friendly to me, but they were also friendly to eachother which was something I had never seen in a dealership before. The whole feel of this dealership is nothing short of exceptional, and I have not one negative thing to say about them. Every aspect of my experience was above and beyond all of my expectations and I will be sure to not only send many customers their way, but I will also be a walking advertisement for their business. A car dealership with morals, practices, and employees like this is very rare these days, and as you can tell I would HIGHLY recommend them. more

I want to give them Zero rating...but giving them 1* just for the sales rep that i interacted with. I went there to buy new car Nissan Sentra. Initially i got the rate as $19050/- I showed their ad where the sale price was $14090 and i asked for $13750. \r Sales Manager (mr.Kim) came over and asked me whether you need a 20 yr old car or this one??? I was totally shocked to hear this as i have never encountered some one talking to his customer like this...I told him clearly that if price doesn't work out, just let me know as i'm not there to argue or for any debates. He came up with a offer of $16090/. I said i was not interested and came out thanking the sales rep since she was very polite...\r WORST WORST Customer Interactions....\r Ridiculous Management...\r Never Ever Go there to get embarassed! more

Don't live near them but I do work near them. I get my oil changes and all my maintenance done here. The technicians are great and know me by name. Two thumbs up!!!! more

Came here looking for a car recently, and have horrible service when I first arrive the experience went down here from there. They tried to tell me on why they cannot give me car trade-in value the same as carmax, and two other dealership gave me. When I went 10 minutes down to Sutherlin, I got a deal that is $1400 better for my new car, and match my trade-in value. more

Just an very good overall experience buying this vehicle thru Mike Morris. We got his name from a prior customer. Gwinnett Place Nissan was our first stop, and we did not have to go elsewhere to ""price shop."" Mike was straightforward in his dealings and very friendly. We took home our new Nissan Rogue the same day. I would have no hesitation recommending him to future potential customers. more

I first would like to say that Mr. Noe Ponce is an AMAZING SALES PERSON!!!!! I would not care what car dealership he works for because of his knowledge of the car's, and they way he makes you feel as a customer I would most likely buy where ever he sale's. He just makes you feel like you are a part of a family not just another dealership trying to get your hard earn money. He made me and my husband LOVE OUR NISSAN 2011 ATLIMA even more. We are the type of people that try to do our best with shopping around checking prices, talking with the best sale persons etc. NOE REALLY KNOW HIS STUFF. HE TRULY DESERVE'S TO WEAR HIS ""NISSAN BELT"" it really should have lights and trim in stones lol. He knows ""EVERYTHING"" about the cars and makes SURE YOU DO TOO. Staff worked hard to work with my situation so as to keep me in the new car. It did take about a week or so, but the end result was that I had a better deal for my trade and a reduced price for my new car, at an interest rate that was truly appealing. more

This was my second purchase from Gwinnett Place Nissan and from Mike Morris. I returned to this dealership because of the great service I had when I purchased my first Nissan in 2008. They made both purchases very easy for me and I will recommend the dealership to friends. I will also be a return customer for my next future purchase. more

I knew what I wanted when I drove from S. C. to purchase. I just wasn't so sure how to get it for what I was willing to pay. I think both the dealership staff and I felt like we made a fair deal. Most importantly, Mike Morris, my sales person, was outstanding. He went way beyond the call of duty to meet my desires in a Maxima. Not only that, he provided me with a loaner car while my new Maxima was being ""updated."" AND he located my remote control that I left in the loaner. He shipped it to me the following day - all with the sound of happiness in his voice. He is driven and caring, customer-focused and a ""man of his word."" Moreover, the staff kept my trade-in carefully parked in order to protect the live biddies I had with me! I was going to throw in a chick with the trade-in to help lower the cost but no one seemed to REALLY want one. Oh well. Gwinnett Place Nissan is THE dealership to ""deal"" with! Ask for MIKE! more

We were extremely happy with Gwinnet Place Nissan and our salesman, Mr. Noe Ponce. Mr. Ponce is an exceptional salesman; he is professional and very knowlegeable about the cars that he is selling. We never felt rushed; he spent time getting to know us and our car needs. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the process. Before I test drove the Altima, Noe gave us a thorough presentation of the car and its features. I love my new car, and I feel that we negoitated a fair price. Noe was genuinely nice and funny too; it was a a very good car buying experience! The business manager, Mr. George Figueroa, was also a pleasure to work with us. He helped us with the financing; he was very friendly and made the process easy. Great customer relations!! They made us feel special. We will recommend Noe and the dealership to everyone we know! more

I highly, highly recommend doing business with Mike Morris at Gwinnett Place Nissan. Mike is a great salesman with terrific people skills. Mike is serious but will joke with you to make the car buying experience more bearable. I requested a quote online from GPN and Mike responded to me immediately. I did not call him back but decided to visit the local Nissan dealership near my house later that day. What a big mistake and waste of time!!! The following morning, Mike called and wanted me to come to GPN. I was direct with Mike and told him not to waste my time if we cannot make a deal. Fast forward, the deal was made and I walked away a happy customer with a brand new Maxima with 11 miles on it. If you don't like the b.s. and want to deal with a straight forward person, Mike is the guy for you. more

You are awesome!! "" I work for AT&T and we deal with customer service quite a bit. Our salesman Chris Nguyen spent hours with my son over the past week looking at ways to try to make a deal happen; this type of service is extraordinary! Douglas is very pleased with the Nissan Sentra this is his first car and his mom is happy with the treatment received and the price paid. Please encourage your staff to treat all of your customers the way that my son and I were treated! Chris Nguyen is very cordial, honest, humanistic and authentic. He is just a great individual and I want to say that I typically don't take the time to write these kinds of things however, I think when someone is really exceptional you should really let them know how wonderful they are.
