When I arrived at Gwinnett Place Nissan I was expecting to get the same run-around I had experienced at the three dealerships I had visited prior. However, I was proved wrong as soon as I walked into the doors of their dealership. The environment was completely different than the other dealers and from the second I walked in until the moment I left I received nothing but incredible customer service. I was never left alone for long, but during the brief moments I was every employee that walked by never hesitated to smile and make sure I was being taken care of. Not only were they extremely friendly to me, but they were also friendly to eachother which was something I had never seen in a dealership before. The whole feel of this dealership is nothing short of exceptional, and I have not one negative thing to say about them. Every aspect of my experience was above and beyond all of my expectations and I will be sure to not only send many customers their way, but I will also be a walking advertisement for their business. A car dealership with morals, practices, and employees like this is very rare these days, and as you can tell I would HIGHLY recommend them.
