Worst

THE OIL LEVEL ON DIP STICK WAS NOT CHECKED AFTER FILLING WITH NEW OIL AND TOO MUCH OIL (~2 PINTS OR MORE) WAS ADDED FOR THE PAST ALL OIL CHANGES. THE DIP STICK HAS PERMANENT MARK...

Very Good 11/5/2013

Rep was Sam Shamon (not on your list above). Experience was tough because I wasn't feeling that well.. kept having to step outside for fresh air & Sam was very understanding and fine to work with. I love my Camaro but I wish I could have gotten the V8 stick shift black Camaro with barely any miles that you guys had at the time.. I just like to go fast.. maybe next time more

My experience at Gurnee Hyundai was wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and took care of everything. Coming here for a simple oil change is even worth it then going any where else, because of how well they take care of you and your car. My car looks wonderful and they even cleaned it after they were done with the oil change. more

Tom contacted me, via telephone, several times alerting me to the possibility of trading my 2012 for a 2013 and perhaps, upgrading. I appreciated his courtesy and also his explanation of the possibilities. Tom also shared with me that he was able to help another customer reduce her payments by $75 a month...further enticing me to come into the dealership. He was courteous, respectful and informative. He wasn't ""pushy"" and gave me options allowing me to make my final decision. Luckily, everything worked out and I was able to obtain my ""dream car"" here at Rohrman Hyundai working with Tom. He's an asset to your sales team and to the dealership. more
