Horrible customer care 3/17/2009

Bought a drum kit that was damaged without me knowing and they won't make it right. Seems even their customer support number at the GC website even told me that what the local store pulled is not acceptable to their terms, but go figure the local store doesn't care about the 100% satisfaction promise on clearance items. I will no longer shop with them. I'll move my drum business to Ellis Drum shop and my bass business to Best Buy. If you listen to other musicians in the area they are all doing the same. Pros: Selection Cons: Horrific customer care more
