Excellent service 12/29/2011

I was amazed at the professional service I received, both during my appointment and when I picked up my glasses. Dr. Riggs' exam was complete and quick, and he made sure to answer all of my questions. Mayra was very helpful in assisting me with the exam, frame selection and explaining all of my vision options. The office had a great environment and everyone there were very helpful. All in all, it was a great experience. more

Great Service 12/21/2011

I came to Grossmont Vision Center for an eye exam about two months ago. They were vey helpful. I have since ordered a pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses from them. They have a pretty good selection of Oakleys, Nike glasses, Ray Ban, Guess etc. Give them a shot. They're between Barnes & Noble and Wal Mart. more

professional help with my insurance 11/4/2011

Dana explained my insurance VSP to me and let me know all the options that are available. I have not used this insurance since I got it because I could never get an explanation of where to find providers who accepted it. She explained how to access the insurance and all the benefits available. Thank you Lawrence Murphy more

I recently had my annual eye exam from Grossmont Vison Center and, as in the past, it was a very pleasant and painless visit. The staff is very dedicated to their patients and never seemed to be rushed. You actually feel like an important person, not just a number. I walked in and was seen within the hr with no appt. Staff were polite and friendly as well as knowledgeable and helpful. My eye exam was thorough the best I have ever had. Needless to say I also bought some glasses more

Grossmont Vision Ctr. Optometry provides excellent service to their customers. The staff is courteous and exhibit full and complete knowledge and skills in efficiently dealing with their customer needs. I have complete trust in Dr. Riggs and would highly recommend her services to anyone. more

Excellent! 8/26/2011

Dr. Riggs and his staff are great. I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door, and after filling out paperwork I my exam immediately began. After the "diagnostics" if you will, they took me to the back, and said "Dr. Riggs will be right with you". Usually at a doctors office that means in 5 to 10 minutes if you're lucky... not here. Dr. Riggs was in my room in less than a minute. He gave a thorough exam, very friendly and laid back. Great experience! more

I went in yesterday without an appointment, and they fit me in right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very nice and has a sense of humor. I ill continue to go back to them from now on! more
