Awful service 11/21/2011

First they were 30 minutes late for my daughters wedding, so no pictures could be taken. Then you had to tell the driver how to get to the hotel, and last of all he took off with their personal belongings(passport, money checkbook and tickets for honey moon in the back of his trunk). We had to wait up till 2:30 in am for the driver to bring our valuables back. Then management only discounted the service 50 percent and charged the wrong credit card without my permission. Left many messages with supervisors to try and resolve this and they never returned my phone calls. Had to get my bank involved and Greene Classic Limo lied to my bank. Would never use them again. I can't recapture that wedding day...... more

As a personal business manager, I have never personally ridden with Greene. Instead, I book their limos and sedans for my demanding clients. There is a lack of great chauffeur companies nationwide, with most of them being ""just good enough."" Greene is just good enough. Sure, my clients are happy with the clean and professional cars and drivers... but I get absolutely frustrated every single time I have to book a car with Greene. Their online website often encounters errors, so I can't access my online booking. Their phone operators have difficulty locating my account every time I call (every few days, mind you). But what really gets me is the billing... they take upwards of 2 - 3 weeks after a completed booking to close out the ticket and invoice me. In a world where time is money, and I have only so long to seek reimbursement, 2 - 3 weeks is just too long to wait for a receipt or invoice. One other tidbit worth mentioning, several times they have mistakenly charged a stranger's credit card for one of my bookings... several times! Needless to say, it took a few phone calls to Greene to sort out their mistake - another thing I don't have time for. I would switch to another service if my clients weren't already comfortable with the name ""Greene Classic Limo."" It's a shame how much a name can reassure someone, especially when the administrative staff behind that name are mediocre with customer service at best. Very ""high end"" treatment. 4/16/2008

I very rarely write a review for any company. How ever, I felt compelled to pass this info. on. Greene Limo company is superior to anyother Limo company I have used. Their staff treats me with ""kid gloves"" I NEVER worry wiether they will be on time. The Limos are always clean and pristien. Many times I have requested different amenities when traveling with the kids. ""No, problem, our pleasure"" is always the response. My best compliment would be that I trust this company with the care and safe transport of my Mother and that's saying alot !!!!!!!! Pros: Worry free more

Horrible Service 5/24/2006

As a doctor in the pharm. industry, I travel and use limo services on a regular basis. I was appaled with the experience I encountered with Greene Limo. As I climed the esclator I could not see the people that were supposed to be waiting for me. As I began looking, I heard an obnoxious old woman barking at someone from her chair. To my horror, this was ""Greene Limo Service"". I stood there and listned to this woman yell at a child for playing too close to her flimsy cardboard signs. When she was done making this child cry, she asked me to move away from in front of the sign. Then the limo was late by 15 min. I will not be using Greene in the future. Even During Prom Season 5/22/2006

I was concerned when I reserved a limo for my wedding during prom season. There was no problems with Greene. They were prompt, curteous, and professional. Even with seven excited bridesmaids and a nervous wreck of a bride in the back. I would reccommend them to anyone, more

Impressive 10/29/2005

Upon landing at Hartsfield, I was tired from the flight. But I must admit that Green Limo company made it an easy transition from the plane to limousine. They were there right when I came off the esclators and a very classy and sweet young lady escorted me to my car. She also gave me some very good tips on nice places to go while I'm in Atlanta. This limo services uses the cleanest and newest cars of the fleet. The chauffeurs are professional, friendly, and prompt. I diffenent on reccomendation. more
