Worst bunch of thugs and idiot want to be cops I have ever seen. A real police officer would most likely believe a convicted lire than one of these security guards. Do not hire this company. more

We tried Green Valley out after a few other security companies around town did not do what was promised. For example, no reports, not showing up when they were supposed to, not being in a uniform, etc. After almost being fed up completely, we gave Green Valley a shot on one property. Within the first week, we knew we had chosen properly. Finally a company that knew what they were doing. The reports were emailed every day, the officers that showed up were courteous and professional. We have since contracted 4 more properties with them. The cost is pretty effective for what we need and the upper management is always there to answer our questions. Great job guys! more

I contracted with Green Valley Security about a year ago to provide response to my alarms for my property on Desert Inn and Eastern. We have had constant issues of vandalism and copper theft over the past few years. After contracting with Green Valley, not only has the theft been dramatically reduced to almost nothing, their officers and management have always been spot on. The response time is quick and the officers that respond always look professional in their trucks. If I have any concerns, their staff has always been courteous and knowledgable. Definite A+ compared to other horror stories of security companies I myself have used and have heard about. Huge thanks to the staff at Green Valley. more

This company will not verify employment of past employees unless requested by a State or Federal Agency. This nearlly cost me getting a new job and it has been 18 months since I worked for them, it's not like I was leaving the company. I was fortunate enough to get my new employer to except my W2 for verification, even though it doesn't show a hire and release date it does prove I worked there. more

In December 2010 I was away on business when my alarm monitoring company called me to report alarm activity at my home. They immediately dispatched to green valley security and said they would contact me once they had word on status of alarm. After 30 minutes with no response I called to check on status and they reported that Green Valley had still not arrived at my home. After 50 minutes I called again and green valley was still showing dispatched but had not arrived. By that time I was able to reach a friend who drove to my home to check it out. 55 minutes after Green valley had been dispatched an officer arrived at my home. Fortunately it was a false alarm with a my interior garage door having been blown open by the wind. However it was unnerving to be out of the state and not have any one show up to my house until an hour later, when a thief has plenty of time to remove all of my personal belongings within the time frame that green valley security responds. I live on the west side near sahara and fort apache, and I know that that it does not take 55 minutes to drive from Henderson to the west side on a Sunday afternoon. Please be warned to ask your alarm monitoring company who they use for dispatch, and beware if green valley is the assigned company. If you were in physical danger or your property is in danger of being stolen, it is possible that it could be up to one hour before green valley security officer shows up. more

Best security company I have used in Las Vegas. Don't let the name fool you, our properties are in Summerlin, and they provided guards immediately. Will use again and often. Pros: Professional staff, quick to call back, nice uniforms more

You have to understand how this company works. They contract for security duites and then the place some under-paid agent to do the work. The security agents are not rocket scientists. They are paid to watch and report. That is all they do. more

This is a security company that has a lot of turnover. They pay very little and their employees are known to call in sick quite frequently. They patrol quite a number of apartment complexes. If you are needing a job really bad and don't care what they pay is, this is a place that needs a lot of people. I understand they are very short staffed and are probably a tad desperate to get some quality workers. They are loacted at Patrick Lane and Sandhill. more
