We're regulars. Food is always fresh and the staff friendly and accomodating. Their speciality is "mock" meats --if you're not familiar with this "sub-cuisine" all the "meat" in the meat dishes are created from combination of tofu/textured wheat protein (I believe the tradition goes back to Buddist monks) there's an extensive menu of dishes based on tofu-based fish, chicken, beef; and wonderful unadulterated vegetarian as well. The sweet & sour salmon is a favorite. Having tried similar restaurants in the SF Bay Area, we were thoroughly impressed. with Green Sprout, the quality was much better that what we'd experienced in the bay area.
