We have been with Dr. Grant for about 5 years and he is a great dentist however, every interaction with his front office secretary, Mary, has been intolerable. Whether it is in person or just to make a simple appointment, she is discourteous and rude. I cannot ask a question or give information without being cut off by this woman. It seems effortless to look up a last appointment or insurance plan information but she insists on disputing every point. \r
Customer service is not only delivered by the care provider but also by the office personnel who greets you and the person who makes your next appointment as you leave.
